Payments and Deposits

Payments
Final payment is due before anyone can board the bus. This can be done via check (which would have to be cleared by our bank in advance), credit cared or cash.

Deposits
A 20% deposit may be required to reserve a bus. If required, it would be due upon signing the contract. Please note a bus is not reserved until we receive a signed copy of the contract.

Cancellations
There will be a 20% fee if the cancellation occurs between 10 and 31 days before the trip. There will be a 100% forfeit of the full amount of the trip if the cancellation occurs 9 days before the trip or less. In extreme cases, it can be negotiated.

Personal Property
We, at Premier Coach, do not assume or accept responsibility for any personal property during the trip or left behind after the trip.

Additional Information
Premier Coach is not responsible or liable for acts of nature or unavoidable equipment failure.

Any additional costs, such as parking, drivers, room and gratuity for driver, are not included in your quote unless otherwise noted.

The credit card on file for booking can be charged if any additional time is needed or used as well as if any damage is caused by someone in the booked party.
